Chamber of Commerce of Fargo Moorhead

The Chamber of Commerce of Fargo Moorhead unifies and advances business and community interests in the region. Toward this mission, the Chamber offers benefit plans to its members and sponsors numerous programs and forums on subjects such as technology, workforce diversity, regional economic outlook, and rural issues. The Chamber represents two cities, two counties, two states, and two federal jurisdictions and provides its members a representative voice to advocate and advance public policy interests at every level of government.

The 1,900 businesses that are members of the Chamber of Commerce of Fargo Moorhead employ approximately 76,000 people in the metro area, which includes Fargo and West Fargo in North Dakota; Moorhead, Barnesville and Dilworth in Minnesota; and other smaller surrounding communities.

Information Technology Council of North Dakota

Founded in 2000 by North Dakota business, government, and education leaders, ITCND works to strengthen the state's information technology (IT) infrastructure and position itself as a national leader in IT. The Council encourages the use, growth, and development of information technology in North Dakota.

ITCND will again be holding its Private Sector IT Awards Program at the Great Plains Technology Conference. The Council will recognize three award winners for outstanding achievements and contributions to North Dakota’s IT industry. Award categories include Outstanding Achievement in Business, Innovative Business User of Technology, and Entrepreneur of the Year. The awards program will be held as part of the Keynote Session at 9:00am on Tuesday, October 9.
